Statewide Trends – April 2011

Here is the latest edition of Trends in CA Real Estate, a monthly report from the CA Association of Realtors. It contains figures tracking the statewide housing affordability index and median price movements, etc. According to the report, the year-to-year change in median price was -8.12% for Oakland, -11% for Berkeley, and -21.97% for Alameda.
